head_joanJoan Reed Wilson received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Lehigh University in 1992 and her law degree from Boston University School of Law, cum laude, in 1997, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the American Journal of Law & Medicine. Attorney Wilson practices in the areas of estate planning, elder law, Medicaid planning, conservatorships, probate and trust administration and real estate. Admitted to practice in the States of Connecticut and California, she is a active member of the Connecticut Bar Association, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), PLAN of CT and accredited with the Veteran’s Administration to assist clients with obtaining Aid & Attendance benefits for long-term care needs. Attorney Wilson is trained in elder law mediation and is a founding member of Senior Planning Solutions. Raised in Guilford, Attorney Wilson lives in Higganum with her two daughters. She serves as Chairman of Youth & Family Services of Haddam-Killingworth and as co-Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Women & Family Life Center in Guilford. Lynn M. Pinder, Esq.

Pinder received her Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from Quinnipiac College in 1990, her Master of Arts in Biology from Brown University in 1999, and her law degree from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2005, with a Certificate in Tax Law. Attorney Pinder practices family law, divorce mediation, bankruptcy, real estate and estate planning. Attorney Pinder is Secretary of Divorce Solutions of CT, a member of the CT Council for Non-Adversarial Divorce (CCND), the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals (IACP) and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA). She is admitted to practice in the State of Connecticut and the Federal Court, District of CT. She is a member of the Connecticut and New Haven County Bar Associations. Attorney Pinder lives in Clinton with her husband, where she is a Member of the Board of Selectmen, past Chairman of the Water Pollution Control Commission, past Vice Chairman of Youth and Family Services, and serves on the Capital Expenditure Committee.  She is a member of the Clinton and Killingworth Chambers of Commerce. Kristen Prout

kristenproutKristen B. Prout received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Connecticut, magna cum laude, and her law degree from Quinnipiac University School of Law, cum laude. Attorney Prout handles probate and trust administration matters, long-term care planning, including Medicaid and Title 19 applications and is an active member of the PLAN of CT for Pooled Trusts.
